The vaunted Celtics defense won over the fluid triangle offense of the Lakers. The Los Angeles Lakers led the Boston Celtics at the end of the half, 51-46. But come the second half, the Boston defense clamped down on the Lakers' Big Three. On the other hand, the Celtics' Big Three came out big in the second half. The final score was 98-88.
Is this a portent of things to come? I don't think so. At the risk of being branded a fool, I predict that the Lakers will win the series in six.
